We have been working closely with Hoseasons and are excited to announce that in line with UK Government advice we have put together a plan to open our park in the very near future!

Swanborough Lakes, Luxury Holiday Lodges is planning to partially open on the 10th of July.
We will opening our park gradually by starting with weekend holidays. We have made the decision to start slowly with everyones safety in mind. This will allow us to leave a 72 hour gap between stays and adequate time to deep clean our lodges prior to your arrival. This will also help us to meet the Hoseasons Safer Stays requirements alongside our own very high standards of cleaning.
We will be running a contactless check in system and reception for the foreseeable future to ensure a safe and easy arrival and departure. Our Park Manager will contact you the week of your holiday to talk you through our check in procedure and to arrange payment of your security deposit.
All the information you need will be sent to you in a digital welcome pack prior to your arrival.

We use a professional cleaning company to clean all of our lodges and their work is carried out to a very high standard, ensuring that everything is thoroughly cleaned.
They are paying extra close attention to clean all contact points including:
TV remotes, switches, sockets, door handles and hard surfaces which are all cleaned with medical grade antibacterial spray.
Crockery, cutlery, and utensils are cleaned on an intensive high heat wash between guests.
Our cleaners are ensuring they deep clean all areas which are known to gather germs on top of our already very high standard of routine changeover clean.
For peace of mind, although we provide all bedding, crockery, utensils and cutlery, we are happy for guests to bring their own if desired.

Can the COVID-19 virus spread through pools and hot tubs?
There is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools and hot tubs. Proper operation, maintenance, and disinfection (e.g., with chlorine and bromine) of pools and hot tubs should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19.
All of our hot tubs are tested for chemicals and adjusted accordingly daily.
Our hot tubs are emptied, cleaned and refilled between every check out and check in.
We use chlorine in all of our hot tubs and our staff members are fully trained in hot tub maintenance.
Please make sure to wash your hands before entering the hot tubs
For your safety and peace of mind we will be removing any non essential items from our Lodges.
We hope that we will be able to open up our park to normal service as soon as possible and will update our valued customers with any further updates.
